Products and availability

• All products are made in small batches and subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to resolve it.
• Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur.
• We reserve the right to update product offerings and prices without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order are the prices you pay.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept payment via UPI — scan the QR code shown at checkout with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), or pay directly and confirm with us over WhatsApp.
• An order is confirmed and shipped only after you send us your payment screenshot and our team verifies it. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

Shipping & delivery

We ship via India Post. It's reliable, reaches every corner of India, and works well at the volumes we operate at.

• Orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is received and payment is confirmed.
• Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking number on WhatsApp. You can use it to track your package at indiapost.gov.in.
• Your delivery zone is assigned automatically based on the pincode you enter at checkout — you don't need to select one.
• Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot reroute a shipment once it's dispatched.
• If nobody is available to receive the package, India Post will follow their standard redelivery process. Please track your order so you know when it's arriving.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by India Post, natural events, or incorrect address information provided by you.

These delivery timelines are estimates from India Post after dispatch. We hand over your package on time — what happens in transit is outside our control.

Cancellations and refunds

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process. We are unable to pause, modify, or reverse this once it has begun. Please read this section before placing your order — if you're unsure about what to order, WhatsApp us first. We'd rather help you choose right the first time.

• No cancellations. Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. This applies to all products — sev, banana chips, masalas, and flours.
• No refunds. We do not offer refunds on completed orders. All sales are final.

Quality issues — we do want to know

If something arrives damaged, broken, or genuinely not what you expected in terms of quality, please write to us. We take quality seriously and we look at every complaint honestly.

To raise a quality complaint:

• Email us at a1khandeshi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Include your order details and a clear photo of the issue.
• We'll review it and get back to you within 2 working days.
• Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the A1 Khandeshi name and logo, product names, descriptions, images, and copy — belongs to Bronsh Farms Private Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without our written permission.

Our liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by India Post, courier services, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website. We are not liable for any loss resulting from website downtime or technical issues.
• You use information on this website at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure our products meet your specific dietary or health requirements before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or from purchases made with us are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
