What we collect
When you place an order or register on our website, we collect:

- Phone number
- Delivery address
That's it. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to process and deliver your order.
Why we collect it and how we use it
Your information is used to: confirm your order, coordinate delivery, and communicate with you about your purchase via WhatsApp or email. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
What we don't do
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties — except:
- India Post, who needs your delivery address to ship your order.
- Firebase (Google), who securely hosts our website, your account, and your order records on our behalf.
Payment confirmation currently works by you sending us a screenshot of your UPI payment over WhatsApp — we don't collect or store any card, bank, or UPI account details on our systems.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the website may not work as well if you do.
Security
Our website uses SSL encryption — your data is transmitted securely. We never ask for or store your card, bank, or UPI account details; payment confirmation happens manually via the screenshot you send us on WhatsApp.
